Welcome to our objects sharing and borrowing Webapp Circles ("CIRCLES"). CIRCLES enables users to create groups ("Circles"), share and borrow objects with other users who are members of the same group ("Circle"). By accessing or using our Webapp, you agree to be bound by the following terms and policies ("Terms and Policy"). Please read them carefully before using CIRCLES.

1. User Registration

In order to use CIRCLES, you must register an account and become a member of a Circle, either by creating it or by joining it . You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Circle Membership

CIRCLES allows you to join or create Circles who share and borrow objects. By joining or creating a circle, you agree to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by the Circle and the Website. You are solely responsible for any objects you share or borrow within the Circle, and you agree to take reasonable care of the objects and return them in the same condition as you received them. The administrator of the Circle is allowed to terminate your membership of this particular Circle. The administrator can suppress a Circle if there is no other member or if no member accepts the charge of administrator.

3. Object Sharing and Borrowing

Our Website provides a platform for users to share and borrow objects within their Circles. You understand and agree that any sharing or borrowing of objects is done at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from such transactions. You are solely responsible for arranging the terms and conditions of sharing or borrowing objects, including but not limited to the duration, location, and any part replacement associated with the objects.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use CIRCLES in a responsible and lawful manner. You must not use our Website to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious activities, including but not limited to uploading or sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or violates the intellectual property rights of others. You also agree not to interfere with the operation of CIRCLES or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

Upon termination, you will lose access to any content you have created through CIRCLES, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from such termination. If you are administrator of a Circle, another member will be choosed.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of CIRCLES is at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any content, goods, or services obtained or accessed through CIRCLES;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on CIRCLES;
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content; or
• Any other matter relating to CIRCLES.
